Julia Borkenhagen – Managing Partner

Originally from Munich, Julia has 20 years of experience in UX design and project management in both Silicon Valley and Europe. She led the UX practice at Geneva-based blue-infinity for 8 years before co-founding Whitespace.

Jesse Anton – Managing Partner

Jesse is a native Californian with over 20 years of experience in software product management, business analysis, and marketing. Before co-founding Whitespace, he worked for Oracle and a handful of start-ups in Silicon Valley and Paris.

Nathalie Raux-Copin

UX Director

Nathalie has extensive experience leading teams of User Experience Designers focusing on customer experience and digital transformation through enterprise applications, touch-screen devices, Zero UI and Voice UI, virtual reality, IoT and human-robot interaction. Formerly User Experience Director at Merck, UX Consultant at blue-infinity (Dentsu Aegis Network), Yahoo!, and Deloitte Creative Services Manager.

Jasmina Travnjak

Business Analyst

Jasmina has 12 years of experience in the IT sector. A developer whose skill set also includes business analysis and UX design, she currently teaches agile methodology and programming at a professional IT school in Geneva and serves as a member of the Whitespace board. Jasmina is a Certified Scrum Product Owner with a background in .NET, Java, iOS, Android and other platforms.

Michelle Stock

Graphic Designer

Michelle has more than 16 years of design experience, including complex application designs for Pictet, Richemont, Cartier, and Visilab, among others. She is the founder of NorthCreatives in Hamburg, Germany. In addition to usability and interface design, Michelle's passions include photography and print.

Lucas Lebielle

Technical Lead & Web Development

Lucas has over 15 years experience in web development and software architecture. He is proficient in front- and back-end technologies, as well as Drupal, Wordpress, & Magento. Lucas is a certified Prince 2 and Scrum professional whose client work includes projects for Swissquote, Hublot, Richemont, Pictet, & Romande Energie.

Karol Jaworski

Graphic Designer & Filmmaker

Karol is a creative director and designer with 8+ years of experience working across three continents for clients such as Samsung, Nikon, Zenith Watches, the Red Cross, and WHO. He's a member of the Judging Panel of CSS Design Awards. Passionate about the mountains, photography and filmmaking, Karol lives an outdoor life in Chamonix, France.

Balazs is founder and art director of Senses Studio, a graphic design company in Budapest, Hungary. With over 20 years of experience, his specialties are web design, branding and identity.
